Background: Diabetes is one of the leading causes morbidity and mortality worldwide various studies have shown that people with diabetes are more prone to suffer from dry eye disease than those without diabetes. This study was undertaken aim find prevalence in patients type 2 mellitus correlation between glycemic control of dry eye. Methods: carried out over a period year cases were selected attending patient department. Diagnosis made if OSDI Score 12 positive specific tests for eye. Results: A total 180 eyes 100 included study. It noted increasing age chance increase. Our found increased duration diabetes, developing increases, poor increases severity eye.
